Pilgrim Colonial  Rush Appraisal services guarantees that your appraisal report is electronically delivered to you within 48 hours of the property inspection (including holidays and weekends). Over-night appraisal service guarantees that your appraisal report is electronically delivered to you within 24 hours of the property inspection (including holidays and weekends).
